	WELCOME! Obexer 's Boat Company is a family owned and operated FUII Service Marina on Lake Tahoe's beautiful West Shore. We provide Ramp Facilities, Travel LK & Forklift Launching, Slip & Buoy Season Rentals, Summer & Winter Storage Facilities, Certified Mechanics on Duty, a Restoration Shop for all your wood and fiberglass repay, and a Showroom which houses everything from Parts and Accessories to Buoy Boats and Obexer-Wear! HISTORY OUR MISSION Obexer 's Boat Company strives to provide the Tahoe boating community with outstanding customer service and quality workmanship while retaining the sense of nostalgia this family business is known for. We will provide prompt, courteous and professional service while helping to make your eating experience as enjoyable as possible. PROFILES- It takes a lot of employees to run Obexer 's Boat Company; these are some of the faces out there: * SARAH OBEXER is that feisty redhead you'll see everywhere. As CEO of Obexer 's, she handles everything from Boat Sales to the general management of the property. She grew up at this marinaa so don't be surprised to see her lend a hand at the gas dock... * JIM LANE Ls a very familiar face around the marina. After getting his feet wet at Sierra Boat Company, he started as a yard assistant to Herb Obexer back in January, 1981. Mer Herb passed away in December, 1987, Jim became the Forelnall, taking care of the daily operations and has done so ever since. Jim has a wife - Annie, two children - Dylan and Kelly, and 8 or more Mats - we're not really sure. # RON HARRIG is our Lead Ship Wright, also known as tithe restoration guy''. He handles all wood restoration and fiberglass repair. lf you need a paint job, Ronny's your man! He's been with Obexer 's since 1999. * STEVE ENFIELD has Yen around for quite some time. Mer a stint here as a yard assistant back in 1987-1995, he moved to Berkeley, CA to become the head of Fleet Maintenance for Olympic Circle Sailing School. However Tahoe has it's pull, and afore long he was back at Obexer 's in 2001, as a part of our MERCUIWJMERCRIJISER centred Mechanics team. * GREG LASKO is originally from Tucson Arizona. He graduated with honors from the Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando, Florida in 1996. In addition to MERCI-TRW MERCRUISER, he is also certified in VOLVO PENTA-EFI. Although z-strokes are no longer allowed on Lake Tahoe, there are many outlying areas that our customers enjoy them at, and Greg is our in-house specialist.
